If you’d like your Vorino Clock (or Stopwatch) app to appear like the icon, it’s mostly a matter of setting the fills to “Aqua”. Here are the settings, in one concatenated screenshot:

Note that the two Wallpaper settings can be ignored, since a solid fill is used. Also, I’ve set the Translucent hand fill setting to Yes, just because I prefer the look!
